The Hartington Pumpkin Trail 2023 will take place between 4.30pm and 7.30pm on Friday 27th October. Pumkins will be lit in locations around the village: see the trail map for details. This is a self-directed acitivty and it is suggested that safety is taken into consideration as many of the locations lack street lighting. Read more…
Hartington Rural Social Group: we meet at Hartington Village Hall at 2.00-4.00 tomorrow, Tuesday 24th October. Our guest speaker is Alice Morley, Farm Business Project Co-Ordinator at The Farming Life Centre, Bakewell. As ever there will be ample supplies of homemade cakes, tea and coffee.

We have learned that our grant application to Derbyshire Dales UKSPF Community Resilience Fund, a new fund that replaces former EU monies to support rural areas, has been successful.
