Hartington Village Hall Roof Appeal: Latest update

After 10 months of fund raising Trustees heard that  their latest grant application to The Bingham Trust, Buxton for £5,000 has been successful. Hartington Village Hall Roof Appeal update:

We have just heard that South West Peak Partnership have approved our application for £10,000 towards the £28,300 cost of  replacing the roof 😊. We also raised almost £300 from yesterday’s most enjoyable pizza evening . HUGE thank you to Garry,  Steve and the Charles Cotton for their part in that. Hartington Village Hall roof appeal update:

This morning we have learned that The Duke Of Devonshire’s Charitable Trust have awarded us £5,000 towards the cost of replacing the main roof. In addition we have received a cheque for £200 from Alstonefield Leaden Boot Challenge for the roof appeal. We await decisions on two further grant applications that will be heard in the next two weeks. Read more…
