With Christmas on the way and the cost of food and basic items spiralling the Hartington’s 12 Days of Christmas Giving returns in November. Acting like a reverse Advent Calendar rather than taking an item each day we are looking for donations.
Different items are suggested on each of the 12 days, starting on November 16th and running until November 27th and collection boxes will be available at the Village Hall and St Giles Church between 10am and 4pm each day. Items can be found on the downloadable image attached here, in the Village Hall and Church and in the November News and Views.
Collecting it November means items can be distributed to those in need by Christmas. thank you for all those donating items but please make sure they are well within date and, with the Christmas Pudding, do not contain alcohol.
