*Start the day with a Hike
Meet at Alstonefield Village Peak District @10am
* 1pm Nourishing Lunch at Alstonefield village hall
*Yin Yoga in the afternoon (village hall)
The sequence will allow you time to listen to your body and how best to move forward for the rest of the year.
