What you’ll be doing:
Our team members cover a wide range of customer facing duties across the hostel, delivering an excellent service to all guests and visitors, giving them a great experience of YHA.
Your day may range from:
- working on reception, providing information on the hostel and local area
- carrying out cleaning and housekeeping duties
- preparing food in the kitchen
- serving food and drinks front of house
It’s important to note that the role can be physically demanding; you’ll be standing for extended periods of time, required to make bunk beds and clean guest accommodation to a high standard.
