CHRISTMAS FESTIVITIES IN HARTINGTON

Visit our Christmas Tree Exhibition in Hartington Village Hall. The Christmas Trees have been kindly donated and decorated by Village Groups and Businesses. Each tree is decorated to depict a Christmas Carol or Song.

SATURDAY, 13 DECEMBER 2014

12 noon – 3.30 pm: Vintage Tractor Run starting from Village Green
4.00 pm – 7.00 pm: Vintage Miniature Engines and Tractors around Village Green
5.00 pm: “Switch on” of village Christmas Tree lights on Village Green and Carols
5.30 pm – 7.00 pm: Official opening of Christmas Trees exhibition in Village Hall, with Mulled Wine, Mince Pies, background music. Free admission – donations welcome

SUNDAY, 14 DECEMBER 2014

11.00 am – 4.00 pm: Christmas Tree exhibition in the Village Hall, Mulled Wine, Mince Pies, tombola, raffle etc. Free admission – donations welcome.
1.00 pm – 3.00 pm: 1914 – 2014 St Giles Church, Peace & Prayer this Christmastime

FRIDAY, 19 DECEMBER 2014

Plan a visit to Hartington, enjoy a lovely lunch in one of our many eateries. Then visit our Christmas Tree exhibition in the Village Hall – doors open 12 noon – 4.00 pm. Whilst in Hartington browse around the range of local shops to buy your last minute Christmas presents and goodies.

12 noon – 4.00 pm: Open doors to Christmas Tree Exhibition
5.45 pm – Carols around the village. Meet at the British Legion Club.
6.30 pm – 7.00 pm: Nativity in the Barn, Moat Hall Farm, Dig Street
7.30 pm: Carols in the Village Hall, with guest entertainment, small buffet, raffle draw & Father Christmas. Please bring your own drinks, tea/coffee and mulled wine served. Free admission – donations welcome.
